Mental Hum for iOS

Made for the people the headlines forget.

Mental Hum for iOS · August 22, 2026

Mental Hum began out of necessity: a safe space to explore mental health topics without bias and without agenda. Mental health news is everywhere, and most of it is alarmist or difficult to decipher. We wanted something else · a single, careful page, edited like a Sunday paper, that respects both the reader and the subject.

This app is Mental Hum's own newsroom in your pocket. It reads the public wires of trusted outlets · peer-reviewed journals, health agencies, public broadcasters, science desks · assembles a daily edition, and keeps a growing archive you can search and filter. Every story links to the original outlet. The reporting belongs to the people who did it.

The Library and the Urgent Help page live entirely on your device, so they are there even without a connection. Nothing you read, save, or search ever leaves your phone · there are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
