Published in JAMA Psychiatry, this randomized trial tests repeated low-dose LSD against placebo in adults with ADHD, one of the first rigorous controlled studies of so-called microdosing for a psychiatric indication.
The result is a useful corrective to the popular discourse around microdosing, which has run far ahead of the controlled evidence.
